Clutch Catching low, and Shifting issues.
Been having a this problem with my B16 EG ever since I replaced the clutch. I use to have a 6 puck ACT clutch before, and the car ran strong and great! Once it wore out I put in a stock B16 Clutch set up.( it has a GSR trans, idk of that makes a difference.) now the clutch is catching real low and it's hard for it to get into 1st gear, but once I start driving it gets easier to shift through the gears. I've already bled the slave and adjusted the clutch pedal. my next possible guess would be the slave or master cylinder, but not 100% sure. any input or ideas would be great. thanks in advance!

If the system is properly bled, then you may need to replace the master and slave cylinders.

when the clutch pedal is pressed down, the slave cylinder seems to respond like it should by pushing the fork in the transmission. not sure if that would make the slave itself an issue? but I did buy both parts so I should be getting it done tomorrow.
p.s. seems like it has to much fluid in the resvior, could that be an issues as well?

changed the slave and the clutch feels stiffer but still catches low and it's hard to get into 1st. not sure if changing the clutch master cylinder will change anything.
could there be a possibility I didn't bolt down the clutch or pressure plate properly? or could I have out the clutch the wrong way?

Did you try adjusting the pushrod on the master cylinder that attaches to the clutch pedal. Sometimes it needs to be adjusted when using a different type of clutch.

I've adjusted it to the highest it can go, any lower and it just won go into gear. I'm thinking about changing the clutch master cylinder and bleeding the hell out of it. not really sure what else to do..
