What about the exhaust springs?

I have a left over B16 block and head, and I am thinking about putting
Type r valve train,

get all the type R valvetrain....the valves , valve springs, retainers, cams,

and the valves of the type R are bigger by a couple .mm....just a lil, but it helps your engine breathe better

The valves are no bigger and the exhaust valves are no different.
