I got this thing in but i'm not sure where to tap in my water temp sender wire at??

Its a autometer electrical guage..

I also found out that previous owner or whoever installed my built motor ran a jumper wire in my sensor plug that makes my fan run constantly is that ok??

I figure the shop did it to keep the motor cooler because of the turbo keep everything so hot...
