Assistance needed: Ignition Timing Question

Assistance needed: Ignition Timing Question
I was setting the timing on my b16 and had a small issue. Car is warmed up, running at 800RPM with the service pin jumpered and the timing light hooked to the #1 plug wire. When I set it the distributor is pushed all the way back toward the firewall and that looks perfect. Seems weird that I wouldn't have any more adjustment, but when it is fully back it looks spot on. I checked my base timing and with my crank pulley lined up with the timing mark the cam gears look spot on, both facing up with the alignment notches directly across from one another. I tried a new dizzy thinking maybe my CPS was going bad but it did the same thing. Is there an issue here or is this normal?

Boomslang is the ONLY company I trust for conversion harnesses. And they offer warranties on all their products. Not many others can say that

Damn, I completely forgot about Boomslang, but you guys are right. I bought my OBD2-OBD1 harness from them maybe 15 years ago and it worked great. Surprised they are still making this stuff after all these years.

+1 Boomslang. Purchase one of these and never go anywhere else. Jason Koehler (JKOBD) also made adapter harnesses for honda/acura. Exceptional Quality. I don't think he makes these anymore.
