Default ARP rod bolt stretch

I was trying to check my rod journal clearnace with plastigage and this happened.

I lubed up the bolt with the ARP moly-lube that was included with my Eagle rods then I torqued them in a 3 step process.. first 25, then 50, then 75 ft. lbs last. Did I do something wrong?

if you need another set of ARP rod bolts I have 3 sets left!

I'm selling ARP rods bolts for 1.2-1.8L non-vtec engines.
