Default 02 sensor joining for obd0

I have an obd0 b16a1, can i connect o2 bank2 from the ecu on my pr3 to the first o2 sensor? im assuming this would work due to the fact that each o2 monitors 2 cylinders. let me know if im wrong. thx

You can get away with joining both 02 wires into one.

You can also have your OBD0 B16A ecu reprogrammed to have the 2nd 02 disabled (if you have a PR3 ecu). This is a service I provide if you're interested - check the ecu link in my sig
