Default which arp headstud for ls-vtec?

do you guys know which arp headstud application I'm suppose to get? is the GSR one okay? b18 block with b16 head. or if it was with gsr head? would it matter? thanks.

you will need gsr head studs. Not the head does not matter.

I used gsr studs. You can use the lube or just dip the stud in some straight 30 weight oil. But do not torque the stud, just snug it by hand. You want to torque the 12 point nut. If you torque the stud you could crack your threads. You should tighten the cylinder head down in two steps. First step go to 22lbf. Then finish with 61lbf. Start with the Middle and work out going left to right. Doing it that way will give you a good seat for the gasket.
