hey guys i've seen people talk about bolt stretch and measuring the bolt. I'm not sure what it is. Can anyone give me a brief explaination on what bolt stretch is and tell me how to do this bolt stretch.

im just carious does anyone know if we have to do this to stock oem honda head studs too??

Head stud "stretch" can't be accurately measured. You have to follow arp's installation instructions and use a well calibrated torque wrench.
