Default apexii vafc

We are building a B16 in a 1991 civic hatch. Just wondering what we should set the vtech at for it to be most effective. Its been confusing us with the hi/lo settings dont understand. can someone please explain this? We are hoping to build the car to 450hp at the wheels @ 25psi fixing to tear down the block and take the head to have it built. do you think a piggyback would be able to keep up or would we need to go with full standalone management? just wondering. thank you for your time.

you need something better than a vafc for those hp goals. something a lot better.

start there and let a pro handle the tuning. you can easily blow something up if you dont know what you're doing.
