Default 400 hp with a Vafc?

i'm wondering if you can run a stock ecu with a vafc, to be tuned to 400hp, and the car still be able to be driven on the street? no rough idles, or will it be to rich at normal operating speeds?

There are free ROM editors you know. Here are two of them.

TurboEDIT... http://www.turboedit.org
Uberdata... http://www.ecimulti.org/uberdata/

Did you not read my previous post? All these free ROM editors are stand alone systems. You would be able do get a wideband o2 and everything else you need to chip your ECU and tune your car for under $800 easily.
