Default APEXi WS spring rates?

Just wondering if anyone knows what the exact spring rates are on the APEXi WS dampers? Also, Ive heard that on coilovers, the different height settings can effect the spring rate, is this true or is it just suspension travel that is being effected?

I was curious about how coilover height effects spring rate as well. I have heard that raising up a coilover creates a higher effective spring rate than lowering, because you are actually using the full compression of the springs. Can anyone confirm this?

Maybe I should just call APEXi and find out the spring rates directly...but can anyone please save me the long distance charges if you happen to know?
