Anyone using a Camp1320 quick release steering wheel setup?

Anyone using a Camp1320 quick release steering wheel setup?
I am using one of these on a del Sol w/ a MOMO steering wheel and am having some problems.
First of all, the two pieces of the quick release are EXTREMELY hard to slip in and out of eachother.. as a matter of fact, the quick release setup is STUCK in my MOMO hub on the car right now and WILL NOT move.
Second of all, has anyone sucessfully used a MOMO wheel with one of these? I ask because the horn button assembly just does not look like it's going to fit with the removable piece of the quick release. Does anyone have any input? I am not liking this setup very much.

Update: We finally managed to get this damn thing off of my steering column, but it's SO tempermental. Nobody has had a problem with these things and the ball bearings "locking up" inside of the collar?
I don't know if I should send this back for a new one, or change brands altogether..
