alternator problems, again

alternator problems, again
I have changed my alternator 2 times in the last month. Original went bad, so I changed it. This one came out with a bad regulator. Now this one just decided to quit charging yesterday. It is really starting to **** me off, although I am really good at doing it now. Does anyone know what could be causing this to happen? I am beginning to wonder if something is causing this to happen.
