alternator fuse
There's usually some kind of 'main' fuse, like 100a or something, before it splits up into all the different circuits. But I don't have a Civic. Got a Helm manual? It should tell you in there...

There is an 80A fuse between the battery and the thick white wire of the alternator. There is also the 7.5A Alternator SP fuse which provide power to the ELD and the IG terminal of the alternator regulator as well as the charging system light in your instrument cluster.
