Default alt/speed sensor fuse

what would cause the alt/speed sensor fuse to blow?

keep in mind i have a new obd2-b distributor, new msd coil, new msd cap, new battery. and, there are no wires rubbing against any metal in the engine bay.

*second time this has happened to the car. car just died on the highway, middle of the lane. almost died.

EDIT: doing some search with simliar problems, my o2 sensors are still good & there is no loose wires around. any ideas?
