AFC neo problem

AFC neo problem
I hooked up my AFC neo with a harness so I know all the wires ok
It only lets me rev to 6,000 and every thing is at 0
Its also throwing a CEL. not sure what one it is
Any ideas?

the "US"= who evers on HT.
check the cel. check for correct settings. reread the manual again to see what settings it has to be at.

Yeah i wanted a person not some lame shop a 10000 miles away giving me pointers. ALL the SETTINGS are correct...thats MY problem ... Im just gonna take it to the shop tmw
