How is the aem ems plug into the computer. Is it usb?

check http://www.aempower.com on thier forum...they'll answer your question accurately. USB would work with a converter, but they can cause issues also. I don't believe your printer port would work.

Its a standard 9 pin Serial cable. like Com1/Com2 the port a serial mouse would plug into. Got it?
