It might sound annoying but after cleaning my Dryflow AEM filter that came with my CAI with the KNN filter cleaning stuff, I just notice what's written on the air filter... " DO NOT OIL, DRY FLOW...."
Now I'm wondering if I just oil it or not since I'm worried that I could damage the synthetic fabric with the KNN cleaner... Should I put it back dry on or should I oil it with the KNN pink oil?

That's my concern too... can the knn cleaner damaged polyester... from what I ve read, the fabric that compose the dry flow filter is polyester plies... Only a physician could tell...
Well I'd say if the filter gets stiff and brittle or you can see big holes thru it than I don't think it made it...
Could attempt to wash it in the proper dryflow cleaner and see if it has any effect...
I was on AEM's site (buddy has a dryflow on his truck) and thier filters on the site are only 50 or so bucks..
