I did some searching but came up with nothing. Do any Hondas have adjustable rocker arms? If not is there anywhere I can get some? The reason being for custom camshaft design.

 

I'm not sure if I follow what it is that your looking for but there are quite a few Honda engines that have rockers with adjusting screws on them. I know that the F22 and H22 have them for sure. They are used to adjust the valve to rocker clearances.

I don't see why you need adjustable rockers for a custom cam design? There are quite a few people running custom ground or hard welded cams in Honda engines. I think most would suggest using completely upgraded rocker assemblies to handle the higher lift & RPMs though.
