Default adjuct the free length?

I jsut installed an excedy stage 2 clutch and it says to adjust the free length at 750 miles and 1500 miles. what does this mean.

If you have a cable operated clutch, it probably means to adjust the clutch cable at those intervals. If you have a hydraulic clutch, they're self-adjusting for wear and the pedal doesn't need to be adjusted unless you're not getting the proper stroke/pedal height.
