Default Adjusting Clutch Cable..

Is it true that if you dont adjust your clutch cable right it will wear your clutch out faster?If it is true how much play should your clutch pedal have?How will i know if its set corrctly?.

You will only have premature wear if it is adjusted so tightly that it partially disengages the clutch without depressing the pedal. This will cause wear/slipping. I can't help on the "proper" adjustment since I have always gone by feel. If you adjust it so that the clutch grabs before you are halfway up then you should be fine. If your clutch is very worn then you may not be able to get it to this point.
