Default AC question

I have a 2009 Honda Civic.
AC doesn't blow cold.
Outside Temp: 90 degrees with 70% humidity.

Compressor clutch engages. Fan is on.
Low side gauge reading: 35
High side gauge reading: 150

Any ideas as to what is going on? Does it just need refrigerant?

Looks like it needs a compressor.

Even though the high/low pressures are not even? Is there another check that I can do?

Look I just guessed, however the high side pressure is much too low for the given ambient temp and humidity.

The system should be evacuated and recharged with the proper refrigerant and oil first. Any test you do prior to completing this is a waste of time.....
