the abs light came on ...the code is #51 which says its a motor lock....i bleed the brakes and the abs motor with no results......what the hell could it be????

it could be a sensor...i brought to the dealer today......they cant do anything cause when they plug there computer in mine it shows up as an integra....so they will not go any further.......couls ice on a sensor do this.....cause each sensor will pull up its own code....so i dont think its a sensor....

my friend had the same prob. it ended up being the magnetic sensor behid the pad/ caliper area... it needed to be cleaned

 

i washed the car sunday night and monday the light came on...i asked honda to check it...they said when they pulled it in the ice would have melted off.....thats it....

 

I had the same problem, it turned out to be a blown ABS fuse.

 

the dealer said to not check the fuses.....they said if there is a blown fuse that the whole abs would just shut down.,....maybe they dont know what they r doing.....

 

how do u pull abs code?

to pull the abs code just connect the jumper wire under the dash....
