Default ABS Fuse

anyone know which fuse to pull in the generation 2 integra to disable the abs system? It keeps cycling and I want to disable it for now. anyone know why it would keep cycling? it is not constantly running, but ever minute or two it will run for about 3-5 seconds... Low Fluid? Fluid does not look low inthe res

There could be air trapped in the lines, causing the motor to keep trying to build pressure. There is a separate fuse box for the ABS. You can pull the pump motor relay instead. Look for the box between the battery and the abs modulator assembly.

ABS delete retrofit? Where did you pick those up at? My friend has a 2nd gen integra and he's interested in getting rid of ABS too. I don't know why, I wish I could put in on my CRX. I <3 ABS.

Much better brake feel... You friend will need to get the entire brake line and porportioning valve from an 90-93 RS or nonabs chassis. you can find them at many car dismantelers. you need all hard lines... about 5-6 and the valve, thats it. just becareful when removing the system fom the abs car... it is underpressure

PS.. makes the enginebay much cleaner looking and takea bit of weight off the car

We were thinking of running the lines to a fabricated block, basically a brake line to brake line adapter, and then bending up new lines to the master cylinder. That would at least eliminate the hassle of replacing ALL the lines. Ugh. Are the proportioning valves different, or just have the lines in a different place?

You can absolutely use an aftermarket porportioning valve... not a problem. you can use steel braided lines to route them anywhere you want to. you just need the correct dash (-)size, and hondaas already shaped hard lines, so why not use them. you don;t need the lines to the wheels, just the lines under the hood
