Default about a stock CD player

i have a 92 civic and i was thinking of putting a stock 00 Si stereo in my car and does it plug and play?and if it doesnt what do i need to make it work?thanks

been tere done that..u either convert the si plug to 92-95...or u convert your cars plug to 99/00 style..or u just go buy a jumper from an audio place...color match all the wires..and it works..gotta use zip ties on vent holes and the dash frame cuz the screw holes dont match up like stock but yes it fits and works just fine.
