Icon2 97 Honda civic problems help

My car is an Auto 97 Honda civic and these are the problems I'm having:

I can't change the gears without putting a key in the shift lock to allow for gear shifting.

I bought an OBD2 code scanner and came up with the following codes:

p0112-Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor Circuit Low Voltage

P1298 Electric Load Detector (ELD) Circuit High Voltage

what can you guys suggest for solution's to these problem's?

Shift-lock solenoid is not getting power or is defective.

Remove console and check for power to shift-lock solenoid with ign. switch on and stepping on brake. 94

I figured that. Okay, so I'm gonna turn the ignition key to "on" and step on the brake and what is suppose to happen?

Power is supplied to the shift lock solenoid, #4, it disengages, unlocking the shift lever...

Either the circuit is open or solenoid is NG. 94
