Default 93 Integra Rough Idle

Ive had this trouble for a while now and i cant seem to fix it. My car will start up and idle high at about 2.3k then if i hit the gas itll go back and forth between 1500 and 2000. Ive cleaned the IACV and put a different one in there. Ive also throughly cleaned the fast idle valve. And the most recent thing was i put a new coolant temperature sensor in. Could it be that my car is running on an ecu from a different car? Idk what car its from but its not an integra one im pretty sure it says P0B on the outside of it and im pretty sure 93 integras are supposed to be P74s

The correct ecu for your car is a PR4.

Have you checked carefully for vacuum leaks?

Air bubbles are a possibility it can take a long time to get them all out.

Easiest way to check for a vacuum leak is to spray carb cleaner on hoses, gaskets, etc.

When you cleaned the fitv did you also make sure that the inner piece was screwed in enough?
