Default 92 civic eg does not start

The car worked great, i took out the motor to install a lsd on the tranny, put everything back, and now the car does not start. it sounds like it is but it does not. The car has spark i check every spark plug wire the the spark plug to see if i had spark, and all of them do. I am getting lots of fuel, into the motor, when i take out the spark plug they smell like gas, so then i though it might be the timming. everything lines up from the cam sprokets the motor is at top dead center, and nothing, it also cranks but does not start. i have the ground connected for the engine harness, i have the tranny cable connected, and the one for the valve cover. I do not have the vechile sensor connected, do to the gear does not line up with the kaaz lsd. i checked all fuses and they are all good, i do not get a engine code either. i am stuck, any help will be great!

did you remove the motor with the harness or disconect everything and then remove ? check the ground wire at the thermostat housing. does the cel stay on or turn off after 5 sec's ?

i took out the harness, since i check my bearings, the ground in the thermostat housing is on and secure. as for the cell you mean the check engine light? is so it does not come on, when i jump the harness i get the check engine light, but no code

I FOUND IT!!!!!!!!!!!! IT WAS THE DISTRIBUTOR THE PART THAT GOES TO THE CAM WAS 180 DEGREES OFF, IT WAS FIRING TO CYLINDER 4 INSTEAD OF 1
