92 Accord- Intermittent Cold Starting...
Have a 92 Accord that has developed an intermittent starting issue? It has a Code Alarm system that I thought was causing the problem, but I disconnected the starter from the alarm brain,so it is not controlled by the alarm anymore.
What is puzzeling me is this intermittent starting...it seems coincidental in occuring when the car is in a hot environment (Texas). (This is a cold start issue only at this point)
Had a buddy suggest the PGM Fuel Injection Relay, but the parts house claims there is only one relay..the main one?
I don't have access to an analyzer for OBD1 systems or a factory service manual,so I'm winging it and really would APPRECIATE some ADVICE on this one.
Thanx for your response and suggestion!

Is the starter cranking when it doesnt want to start? If it isnt, check the ignition switch. If the starter is turning, check the main relay. Buy it from Honda.
When you do try to start it does it just sputter and die? and then subsequent starts don't work at all, until you let the inside of the car cool off?
If it is, then its the main fuel relay. I had the same thing happen in my car, you dont have to buy a new one, just pull it out and resolder the solder joints. They have a tendency to crack, and when it gets hot it expands and you don't have continuity over the soldered joints.
