Default 90 Civic DX Electrical Help

A friend of mine is having some troubles with a 90 DX Civic. The fuse on the brake light/horn circuit keeps blowing. Any ideas? He doesn't need to press the brake or hit the horn to have the fuse blow.

What else is on that circuit and any thoughts on what the problem might be?

Got a short somewhere. You need to trace wires & look for torn insulation or something. A wire pinched against the body? Sometimes its a real PITA to find. Follow the wiring under the carpeting or wherever, unplug each section & check with a DMM for continuity to ground.
