86 CRX Si Bottom end with 92 CX top end...
Ok guys heres my question.. I have a 1992 CX hatch with the D15b8 70hp engine. I have a 86 CRX si engine sitting here out of my old REX . The CX enigine is smoking at high rpms and missing. The CRX engine is still very strong no oil consumption. The engine code for the CRX is EW4 i believe. Im wondering if i can put the head and FI off the CX on to the CRX engine and will it bolt up to my CX mounts and tranny. Any thoughts or replies will be greatly appreciated.
thanks
thanks

Sorry, the only other d-series head that will bolt to an EW is a 1g ZC or D16A1 head, twin cam....
