i'm having an arguement with my friend and came here for some settlement
did they ever make a d series tranny with a lsd ?

not that I know of, but have this suspicion in the back of my mind that there was one... not d16...not d15... ah hell, i'll go with no

 

there was a factory lsd in one of the d15b's. came out of the vti??

 

yes they made d series w/stock lsd. off jdm d15

 

Don't know the extent of the lsd you want to know about but my d16y8 leaves two burnout marks on the pavement, and it is stock!

 

Yes there ARE D Series trannies with LSD. They are rare and usually go for $400-$500 US.

4th Generation - Some JDM ZC trannies came with LSD.

5th Generation - JDM Civic VTi had LSD as an option, they have the same gearing as the USDM Z6 trannies. The LSD is the 5th gens is a helical LSD similar to the ITR's.

 

ya i know the jdm d15b's come with a lsd tranny but there hydro , was there ever a cable one ?

 

I believe the JDM ZC tranny I listed above was cable, but I don't know much about this tranny.

I think there was a ZC LSD tranny, although that would be a really rare find....
