Default 5th gen hatch buildup

hey guys, haven't posted here much (read: at all lol), but I was wondering if I could ask for some help. a friend of mine came to me and is asking me to help him build up a 5th gen hatch. I know some, but not a lot...I've basically got a shop to do the work in and he's got the money, so now we need a game plan.

I know we want to start with an integra-r (b18c), and I actually have a pretty extensive, but basic (oxymoron?), list of our first ideas. would you guys mind if I stuck it up here and got your input? I don't wanna stick this huge list up here and **** everyone off without asking

all motor fast would be type r swap (b18c5). a GSR swap might be about $1000-1500 less, but you get LSDifferential, Type R cams, pistons, intake manifold...a lot of things you would end up needing to upgrade on a GSR swap anyway.
GSR is still great for the money, but not as cost effective as Type R.

But, going LS (B18B) and turbocharging is very nice and inexpensive. check the LS swap prices, and find a great full turbo kit and get good A/F management and simple boost controller (manual are cheap and work good).

A civic hatchback (except Si) with a:
b18c5 (with I/H/E) will get you a 13.5+- in 1/4
b18c (with I/H/E) will get you a 14.1+- (i'm just estimating, please don't flame, just giving comparison)
b18b with t3/t4 turbo (with I/E/Intercooler) will get you atleat low 13's, depending on how good you are with traction.)

My EG with B18B (nonturbo with I/H/E and full interior) ran a 14.6 1/4mile, but very experienced driver, not me.)..

The two real questions are how much you wanna spend and how fast you want. The Type R swap will be ultra reliable, but the gearing for the trans is tight (5th gear @65 mph =4K rpms..about..atleast my civic si tranny is).
anyway..just my .02
