Default 30wt ND oil for break in

ok, so im gonna use 30wt Non-detergent oil to break in my rings for the first 20miles..My question is on the the back of the bottle its specifically says "not to be used with new or freshly rebuilt engines"..Why is this? I'm guessing they mean dont run it for the full 3000 miles till the next oil change on freshly built engines?

I'm useing it because alot if not all engine builders use it for the first 20 miles then change to whatever oil after that(with a honda filter of course)..

shed some light Tia

I used ND30 to start up my fresh motor. I dont know if I would drive on it personally. After letting it warm up I drained it and that **** is like water. After draining I put in 10w-30.
