Default Pressure plate question

I had my car jacked up on the right passenger side and I noticed that, that wheel was spinning while the car was in neutral, I put my hand on it and it stopped, I let go and it started spinning again. Could it be I tightened the pressure plate too tight.
Setup B20B GSR Tranny&clutch. Thankyou.

That's normal. It's just the viscosity of the oil in the tranny that is turning the shafts. You can hold the wheel stopped with one finger, right?
