Default oil consumption during break in

Recently I rebuilt my B18B1 in my 98 Acura integra LS and so far have around 700 miles on it and am planning to change the oil next. Just out of curiosity I seem to have gone thru maybe a little less then a half a quart of oil, I know that oil consumption is normal, but is this amount normal on break in for this amount of miles?
Also I have put about 250 highway miles on the engine during the break in will this hurt the break in?

Did you change the oil after the first warm up?
Did you change the oil after the first 200 miles?
Did you load the engine?
Does it smoke?

You should change the oil and filter after the first 200 miles after a rebuild, then most people switch to their oil of choice. What oil did you use?

5w30 is what the dealer calls for, is stamped on the oil filler cap, and in the owners manual. I am assuming Honda knows what they are talking about.
