2nd gear problems

2nd gear problems
DOes anybody else have problems (makes a grinding noise) with their Y1 trannies when shifting from first to second...usually happens when im getting on it...anything i can do to it to get rid if the noise

the only thing is it was doing it than it stopped and now its gone back to doing it, and the guy that works on my car says he has no problems with it...
