Default 2008 civic si issue

Alright I hope you guys can help. I lowered my car and I tore 2 of my 02 sensor wires. This sent the car into limp mode. On my way to the shop to get it fixed I lost all power to the car. I managed to get it there, barely. So we replaced the alternator because it was showing low voltage. Also replaced the o2 sensor. The car is still in limp mode and showing multiple codes. Crank sensor, maf sensor, and several others. Also the car is still losing power. Could the o2 sensor shorted the ecu and fryed it? Thanks for the help guys

Alright I'll will check all fuses and reply. I do have a flashpro tune on it and I'm going to try to reflash it and see if resets the ecu.

Heated 02 sensors are 12V+ powered, [and fused], a short from that 12V+ to the ECU signal lead is probably not going to be good for the ECU.
My guess is the ECU is toast.
Do you have access to another ECU you can try? 94

It's not likely an ecu issue if you didn't blow any fuses.
