i took my car to handa the other day it was showing a CEL and limping. they told me it was the o2 sensor and the map sensor. when they reset the ECU only the Map sensor fault returned. I have tried another sensor, all the wiring has continuity and both sensors seem to be returning the same output voltage. i left it at least half an hour without the battery disconnected before trying it everytime. I've run out of ideas and i'm hoping its not the ECU. any1 know anything else thats worth trying? its a b16a btw.

What sensor did you replace? If you havent replace the o2 sensor. Replace it and go from there.

I would make sure the ecu is getting the voltage by probing the connector at the ecu.

Check vacuum line/seal for leaks too.

If both maps are doing the same you need to look elsewhere unless of course both are bad. Might be the pins on the connector, or the wires. Move them when testing and look for a voltage loss. Check for power, ground, and signal.

You are testing the voltages with the motor off and then with the motor running correct.
