so there isnt little knothches on the end of distributor so it can only go in one way? i havent checked yet

When looking at the distributor "part that is inserted into the intake cam" you can see that one side is bigger than the other. All you have to do is match it up with how the intake cam is sitting.

This is easy, I don't get how so many people can't do it right.
