Whats going on? i have a d15b i swapped but neither myself or any honda "guru" i know can figure out what this is... its on the thermostat housing and one side has vacuum.. what is it and whats suppose to hook up to it

The theory behind the air-assist is to promote better fuel atomization when the engine is cold by bleeding a small amount of air around the injector tip.

lol i know what its there for...the problem im having is on my intake manifold there are 2 hoses that come off one being to the injectors like the diagram shows but in the diagrams it shows it going from the air intake to the injectors... if that be the case than what goes on the intake manifold and where does the hose off the valve cover go to?
