Default what spring rates should i use!?

im building my crx for drag its an h2b all motor, i have all the energy suspension bushings amd koni yellows im gonna be getting ground controls and i was wondering what rates should i use i know for the rear some where in the 1000's thanx for the help!

you'll need to revalve the rear shocks for sure. i believe 600 is plenty for the front but you'll be at the limit of the front shocks as well
