whats up honda tech.. i have a 94 eg hatch with 99 gsr brakes on it. after i installed them and hooked up the e brake cables everything worked great ( 6 to 10 clicks till it grabbed nice). one day when i pulled up on the e brake handle and i heard a pop and the handle pulled up all the way. every since it has never really worked. just the last two click hardly hold the car. i had a friend pull up on the lever while i watched the calipers. the arms on both calipers were pulled by the cable. so i know the cables are good. i pulled the calipers off and turned them in so they would have to readjust but they still dont work. Am i missing something or does it seem that the calipers are bad?

 

your cable slipped. readjust it but make sure you tighten all the bolts.
