Steering wheel not straight under hard braking
So, I just did an alignment on my Crx because I changed the steering rack. Now on the race track; under hard braking, the steering wheel is not straight. It feels like it needs to turn to the right to brake straight. It was fine before the alignment. New: left = 2.89/right = 3.11 degree front camber and left: -0.04 & right: -0.05" toe (toe out). The guys didn't want to spend more time to make both sides equal. As for the camber, I have a camber kit but they are set to max adjustements. Can the mini difference be the cause. Under light braking, it seems to brake straight. Bad alignment?

Before: -0.03" toe out.... left: -1.0, right: -1.3 degree. Edited first post...

Could the different camber give different contact patches, exaggerated under load of braking and pull to most contact side? Again, I found toe out in front, and rear for that matter, not much fun at track speed and hard braking. I use 0 toe front and rear as minimal toe in as he can set, reproducible to each side.

0.22 degree of difference. My last set-up had similar differences and it was fine. I've had -0.06" (-1/16) toe out before and it drive good. Better turn in. Anyways, I'm not here to discuss about which toe is better... I'll be going back on the alignment machine and check out my caliper too.

Sorry, I was not trying to discuss toe preferences, except that toe out accentuated tendency to want to turn under braking. It could be magnifying a difference in contact patch from camber difference. Also, have you checked rotor temperatures. One side grabbing harder and heating more. Since toe is equal, and you had it that way before, it probably is not the primary problem, but may magnify other differences. I am aware that it helps turn in, the reason I tried it.
