Default so Im thinking about just springs and new struts

sorry for the TITLE dont know what else to put. but It hit me today. I was looking at replacement strutsat parts stores. a lot of companies such as monroe and gabriel have lifetime replacement warranty. I was thinking about buying a set of higher end monroes and some skunk2 springs or teins and just putting those two together incase of a blow out I could jut take the lowering spring off and say it blew and have it replaced free. hass anyone ever driven on that combo. any input on the idea would be good>?

'higher end' monroe struts probably cost about the same as KONI YELLOWS or other comparable aftermarket performance struts. konis come with a lifetime warranty as well. soo just stick to the good stuff and stay away from monroes. i install them at sears on customer cars and they're okay for stock... not so much performance

If you go the Monroe way, get the Tein springs, they are fine with stock replacement shocks. Plus they are more JDM than Skunk 2 lol
