Default rear disk conversion problem

whats going on hondatech, i have a little problem that i need some suggestions with.. im doing a rear disk brake swap on my ek coupe and the bolt holding the trailing arm up broke while i was trying to crank it.. its the large 17mm bolt..
whats the best tool to get to get it out?

I have no idea which bolt you are talking about, but any time a bolt is stuck, this will usually free it up without breaking it:



And this will free it up after it's been broken:
