Alright, well I just got back from looking back 15 years into my Integra's history, and this is what I have figured out. For one, the previous owner had the car as a commuter, went to the Acura dealership religiously, and was not the best of drivers. A few very small accidents here and there with scratching and such (all replaced by Acura), but nothing leading up to this.

The 105k Mile sheet had:

Front

Camber: -.2/-.5
Caster: .6/.3
Toe: -.1mm/-.2mm

Rear

Camber:-.9/-.8
Toe: .6mm/.7mm

My most recent:

Front

Camber: -2.6/-2.6
Caster: -.1/-.1
Toe: 0/0 Degrees

SAI: 12.9/12.8
Included Angle: 11/10.9

Rear

Camber: -2.6/-2.6
Toe: .1/.15 Degrees

So take a look at the numbers, I know going with this alignment setting was terrible, but the fact is that I did fix the caster angle by making them both equal, but they are still WAY off spec of 1.1 Degrees.

you have ridiculous negative caster in the front... does your car pull or dart?
i have a 98' ls and every time i put it on the alignment rack i have excessive negative caster. My car pulls right, i inspect everything and can not find anything bent. BTW caster does not cause tire wear.

Caster can be fixed with a traction bar, which I plan on using mine for. Yes it does dart and due to other alignment settings (ghetto ride height balancing), my car pulls to the right as well.

I'll be checking bushings this weekend and probably will be buying the ES bushings master kit.

true, my teg is on the ground, im trying to figure out a fix without buying trac bars... cause i don't know if you can get all that adjustment from just bars on an integra?? due to the design of the lower control arms...

I've been talking to my local racers and they all say that the traction bar is NOT the way to go and that it is TOO heavy. Adjustable sway bars all around, hard race bushings, etc.

I personally like the traction bar though, and plan on sticking with it while pulling out a degree of caster (which is hardly anything).

Try using a metal washer as a shim on your rear UCA mounting point, not front side, and if your car still pulls to the right, try taking out the one on the passenger side (reducing its Caster gain) to try and even out them both.

if not traction bars, the next way to adjust caster on these cars would be an adjustable upper control arm/balljoint. Most of the upper control arms on the market slide back n forth for camber adjustment only. But I remember back in the day I used to sell the CP upper control arms and they had adjustment front to rear also for caster adjustment. I haven't been able to find these for sale anymore though. SPC used to make a set like it but looks like they've discontinued it. There newer aluminum ones have a 1.25+/- caster adjustment but at like $300/arm they're a lil spendy.

A cheap way to go is to install radius arms from a 86-89 manual accord. they fit perfectly and are adjustable to about 2.5 degrees. you can pick them up from a junk yard for 30 bucks. I got the idea from:

How did camber get so far off as well...from -.5 to -2.5??? something isn't right here...

Also, if the SAI is 12.8 for example then the included angle should 10.2...

Somthing isn't right in a few places. SAI - camber = inlcuded angle if camber is negative. Add camber if it positive.

Did your alignment shop check for Set Back?
