Default Installing a front sway bar

Hey guys, recently I purchased an OEM 22mm front sway bar from a civic EX. Right now I have the control arms with the endlink holes, the sway bar, bushings, brackets to mount the bushings and sway bar to the subframe, endlinks, and bolts.

I think I have everything to mount it, but I do have a couple of questions. Is the subframe already tapped for the bolts, or do I need nuts for the bolts as well. And also, is there a spacer that goes between the bracket and the subframe so that it mounts evenly like some aftermarket sway bars have? I have seen some aftermarket sway bar kits that come with an aluminum spacer that is about 1/2 inch thick because the subframe is not completely level where the bracket mounts like this one http://static.summitracing.com/globa...t%20asb%29.pdf.
Thanks
