you need to search for your oem spring rate and damper dyno and match it best with what's on the market.

at least let us know what car and what kind of result you are looking for.

aka there's no use to get a drag set up in a autocross car, etc

1. Remember to include any information relevant to your question - e.g., the vehicle you are working with (year, make, model, doors, trim level), your budget, the purpose for which you use your car, and/or your motivation for modification.

2. More background information almost always helps. For example: What suspension products have you had experience with in the past? If you're having a problem, when does it occur and what symptoms are evident?</TD></TR></TABLE>

if you are going with gc then go with something a little better than agx like tokico illuminas or konis. I had agx with gc before on my 00 civic and they were good. But if you can afford tein basics then for my I say gof for the teins.

I have the AGX's and GC on my 97 GSR and they are great. I have done teins and they are really good and I have also done Illuminas with GC and Neuspeed races but I am overall very pleased with the GC and AGX combo for my DD/spirited driving.
