1996 accord dx... Weird suspension wobble
I have bought a 1996 accord DX... Car was stolen and crashed. Stock steelies is dented bad and pretty sure some bent parts (arms and etc). Had it for a month changed wheels drove fine. Slammed it and bottomed out bad, like alot so went back to stock. and notice every time I hit a dip or drive a bumpy road. It wobbles like the wheel is gonna fall off the passenger side... The autozone guy told me lower control arm and lower ball joint. Any one experienced anything like this. Feels its getting worse everyday. Any help would be greatly appreciated as it is my daily for work and to pick my son up from school. Dont need anything bad to happen. Thanks

Re: 1996 accord dx... Weird suspension wobble
I took it to a shop yesterday and they couldn' find out the problem. They shook up and down, Left, right and the wheels turned fine. Until I starded shaking it and showed what I felt was wrong with the car. And said my rack and pinion is probably it... Gonna take they word for it and see from there. I'l be back if its the Same... Thanks 😣

I was thinking wheel bearing there for a minute there but it'd have to be real badly worn for it to cause a real noticeable wobble, they usually don't get that bad. If the car went into a curb or something, wheel first, then I'd say it probably is your rack but how bad idk but check over the tie rods carefully. The other thing to look at would be your axles...If it took a hard enough hit, one of the joints could be damaged, that would cause a wobble for sure.
